to Women’s Health

Healthlincs HerHealth Women’s Wellness Initiative

Healthlincs – as a woman-founded organization, is attuned to the challenges of women’s health:

  • Heart disease — #1 killer of women, underdiagnosed in minority women leading to underrepresented in cardiovascular prevention programs.
  • Mental health service gap in immigrant communities, leading to language, stigma, and cost barriers suppress help-seeking.
  • Diabetes prevalence 15%+ in low-income women leading to underserved in standard prevention program enrollment pipelines.
  • Cervical cancer screening rates below 70% in target zip codes, leading to preventable disease missed at community level

On the Dot: Advancing Menstrual
Equity and Women’s Health

On the Dot is our women’s health and menstrual equity initiative focused on ensuring that girls and women have consistent access to menstrual products, health education, and dignified care. We believe no one should have to choose between basic necessities and their health, and that access to menstrual products is a critical part of overall well-being.

In underserved communities, lack of access to menstrual products causes girls to miss school and women to miss work, limiting opportunity and stability. On the Dot exists to close this gap by providing consistent access to essential period care and support.

What We Do

Through On the Dot, we:

  • Distribute essential menstrual products to girls and women in undeserved communities Support students and families connected to local public schools and trusted community partners
  • Provide education and resources that promote menstrual health and overall women’s wellness
  • Advocate for equity, dignity, and access in women’s health
  • Every product delivered and every resource shared helps reduce stigma, improve school attendance, and support healthier outcomes.

Menstrual Product Drive: Amazon Wish List

One of the primary ways we support On the Dot is through our Menstrual Product Drive hosted on Amazon, making it easy for supporters to give directly. Donors can purchase much needed items such as pads, liners, and other hygiene supplies that are used in our community distributions.

All donations and purchased products go directly to girls and women in undeserved communities, ensuring timely and meaningful impact where it is needed most.

Whether you give one item or many, your support helps us provide consistent care each month, right on time.
